Marcelo Scaranari hails from Brazil and has been a professional tattoo artist since 2001. He gained a reputation for his exquisite Japanese and Polynesian work in San Paulo, Brazil and Barcelona, Spain, and has been featured in several tattooing magazines such as Tattoo Mag, Metal Head Tattoo and the Tattoo Almanac. Marcelo admires Italian renaissance artists and strives to create pieces as detailed and as well executed as them. In the future he hopes to branch into portrait work and is currently devising and studying techniques to do this. He has been with Wildcat Ink for over a year now.
